We are equipped with machineries in an area of 5000 sq. ft. to perform operations like, Cutting, Threading, Bending, Grinding, Shearing, Welding, etc. by a team of well-trained operators.
Forge machine comprising of 350 Ton friction screw press, 150 Ton friction screw press and 2 nos. of power press with 60KVA capacity induction heating system makes us to produce standard Headed Bolts as well customized fasteners with a production average of 1.5 Ton/day.
We stock variety of round bars and plates in an area of 1500 sq. ft.with various materials such as Mild steel, Carbon steel, Alloy steel and Stainless steel as like grade as 4.6, 8.8, 10.9, 12.9, S275JR, S355JR, AISI 4140, A193 GR.B7, A193 GR.B16, EN8, EN19, AISI 304/L, 316/L etc. The raw material is procured from reputed vendor and all incoming stock is subjected to stringent quality check.

In-House testing equipment of UTM Machine (400KN capacity) and Rockwell Hardness tester used to analyze the incoming raw materials and finished products to ensure that quality products are supplied to our customers.
